If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at retour@legroupevolgania.ca.

To start the process

To help us assist you, please have your order model number, color and quantity details handy. All returns must be approved by our customer service representatives, so please contact us via the email above so we can give you a return authorization number.

Damaged or defective items

Remember, pictures of damaged items are always necessary, so keep in mind that every item is inspected before leaving the warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the carrier.

Exchange

To exchange a product, you must first contact our customer service representatives to obtain a return authorization code. Items are returned at your expense. Once we receive the returned item, a customer service representative will give you a coupon code for the exchanged item that includes free shipping. Exchanges are not subject to restocking fees.

Please note

Sorry, but we cannot take returns on washed, printed, worn or altered items. Please be sure to notify us of missing items, damage or other problems within 72 hours.

Let our agents know if you find you don't like the product, and we'll guide you through the return process. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $25 (whichever is greater). If your order has not been processed correctly, Le Groupe Volgania will cover the original shipping cost and send you a return shipping label at our expense and no restocking fee will be issued.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed and processed through our returns and finance departments. Groupe Volgania does not retain any personal information about the customer once the refund has been processed. All returns are checked and restocked before the refund is processed. The refund process can take up to 21 working days.
